Agritopia Real Estate Photography – Small-town Living in the Heart of Gilbert
As a real estate photographer, I have the opportunity to visit a lot of wonderful homes here in East Valley. This one was a bit of a surprise. From the front, this unassuming Agritopia home sits on a tree-lined street and looks like everyday small-town America. The spacious front porch welcomes guests and creates a warm, inviting preview to the home inside.
But once you step inside… WOW! You’ll be surprised to open the door and see this huge 4500 sf home, full of upgrades a-plenty. I mean, how fun was it to photograph this incredible kitchen – Subzero/Wolf appliances, huge center island, gorgeous pendant lighting, and many designer touches, such as the lit glass display cabinets above. And seriously… check out that incredible hood and marble backsplash!
And the rest of the home was stunning as well. The living area downstairs had been transformed into a gymnastics studio, complete with balance beams, mats, and a bar, as well as a second full kitchen – perfect for those post-workout snacks.
Just off the main gymnastics area was a theatre room that doubled as a music room. There was of course a built-in projector and sound system, as well as a couple of tiered rows of theatre recliners for a relaxing show.
Back upstairs was the master suite, with a wall of windows to see the gorgeous backyard and let in lots of natural light.
The master suite also included a recently remodeled master bathroom, with a few designer touches of its own.
And don’t forget the gigantic laundry room. The family had transformed the original laundry area to a mud room, and then made a full-size laundry room with a sink and all kinds of storage in another room in the house.
Here’s where the laundry room was originally. Don’t you just love what they’ve done with it?
There were plenty of custom built-in shelves for storage all throughout the house, including this custom workstation right outside the playroom.
And the backyard featured lots of conversation areas, a fireplace, and lots of trees, as well as a huge diving pool with a slide, waterfall, and even a cave!
So much to love about this home, and it was a treat to photograph this home and capture all its charm for the owner, who also happens to be a real estate agent. If you need real estate photography in Gilbert, anywhere in East Valley (or other parts of Metro Phoenix), I’d love to help!
